What is there to eat and drink?

The Niedermair Nature Retreat offers our delicious gourmet half-board. Start the morning with a wide selection of breakfast delicacies, from fresh smoothies to local bread and cold cuts. In the evenings we serve a 4-course menu of your choice with a salad buffet, all made from local and, of course, high-quality ingredients.

If you wish, you can choose from our lunchtime à la carte menu or sit on the panoramic terrace in the afternoon and enjoy coffee and cake or an ice cream.

What is the hotel cuisine like?

The cuisine at the Niedermair Nature Retreat has been a favourite of guests for decades. The secret lies above all in our selection of ingredients that come from the immediate surroundings, from our own garden or from producers we trust. Many of these are close to nature or organic and thus contribute to the authentic taste experience.
The dishes served are typically South Tyrolean, but there is also Mediterranean fare – the best of both worlds.

Is the hotel cuisine suitable for allergy sufferers or alternative diets?

Please let us know in advance if you suffer from any intolerances or allergies or follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. This will enable us to tailor our catering to your needs.

Are there any restaurants serving lunch nearby?

We are happy for you to go on a culinary tour of discovery at lunchtime and savour the wide range of local restaurants. Both Partschins and nearby Meran and its surrounding area offer countless dining options, ranging from traditional local cuisine and pizza and pasta to gourmet restaurants.

If you would prefer to stay in the hotel, we can offer you our lunchtime à la carte menu, served if you wish on our lovely sun terrace.

Can I book a room with bed and breakfast only or bed only?

Yes, if you book bed and breakfast only, we will deduct €20 per person per day from the half-board price.
