At the Niedermair you can both see and taste how close we are to nature. In the evening you can enjoy South Tyrolean and light Mediterranean dishes as part of a 4-course menu of your choice: our cuisine has been delighting our guests for decades.

Ingredients from close by

The main thing at dinner is what is served on your plate, made from fresh and high-quality ingredients that preferably come from the surrounding area or even from our own garden. The discreet service and simple design of the dining room also contribute to this. Our homemade organic wines and the panoramic views, visible from every seat, make the perfect accompaniment.

Head chef Hans-Peter

Cooking? The chef’s the boss!

Head chef Hans-Peter found his way into the kitchen at the tender age of 18, with the firm intention of improving the quality of the purchasing and the foodstuffs. As a nature lover and amateur farmer, he has always had a close relationship with the produce and continues on this path when cooking or making his organic wines.

Dining room, bar and lounge

Just like in the movies

Make yourself comfortable before dinner in our redesigned bar area and lounge, or enjoy an aperitif as you savour the view from the terrace. Like a panoramic platform, it extends several metres over the hotel walls, offering a 180° view of our star turn: nature itself. Even in the tiered dining room guests sit as if in a cinema: the interior fades into the background and the glass façade seems to turn into a big screen.
