The apartment has plenty of natural light and offers a separate living area with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed. The separate bedroom, with its beds made of Alpine Swiss stone pine, ensures a good night’s sleep, while the natural oak wooden flooring gives the apartment a cosy feel and a special charm.

When it comes to the view, the choice is yours: either delight in the vistas of Meran and the surrounding mountains from the south-facing balcony, or enjoy the prospect of our little vineyard from the east-facing balcony.

The apartment also has a shower, toilet, seating area, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, phone, safe and hairdryer.

What other types of accommodation do you offer?

In addition to our apartments, we offer rooms and suites inspired by nature, with plenty of natural light and every comfort, from free Wi-Fi and satellite TV to a safe and minibar.

What is included?

The standard apartment price includes our gourmet half-board, use of the spa area and the Südtirol Guest Pass for free bus and train travel. All included services can be found here.

Are there special rates for children?

We offer the following discounts for children when staying in an apartment with two full-paying adults:

From 0 to 3 years of age: 90%
From 4 to 7 years of age: 70%
From 8 to 11 years of age: 50%
From 12 years of age: 30%

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog with you. Please note however that, out of consideration for those with animal hair allergies, pets are not allowed in the “Alpine” rooms or apartments. Furthermore, pets may not enter the dining rooms, wellness area or the sunbathing lawn. We charge €20.00 per day for dogs (food not provided).
